Hotel is a hotel service that operates with balanced energy consumption, comfortable relaxation, and safe care from trainers available 24 hours a day. Room types are configured considering all breeds and sizes, and time in the spacious rooftop garden with a view of Namsan is basically provided. Additionally, don't miss out on various concierge services!
Important Notes Before Use (Mandatory)
Third vaccinations and animal registration are mandatory.
If body checks are not possible, access may be restricted.
Hotel early check-in (8 AM to 10 AM) requires prior reservation and body check.
Check-out from the hotel is possible after 10 AM.
Daycare check-in is possible after 10 AM.
Check-out is available until 7:50 PM, and afterwards it can be done from 10 AM the next day.
Concierge services can be added a maximum of 2 times in the morning and afternoon.
If hotel vouchers are not used within the period, they will automatically expire.
