The hotel is a service that operates with balanced energy consumption, comfortable relaxation, and the safe care of a 24-hour trainer. There are room types configured considering all breeds and sizes, and time spent in the spacious rooftop garden overlooking Namsan is provided as a standard. In addition, feel free to take advantage of various concierge services.
Important Notes Before Use (Mandatory)
Third vaccination and animal registration are mandatory.
Service may be restricted if body checks are not possible.
Hotel early check-in (8 AM to 10 AM) requires prior reservation and body check.
Check-out from the hotel is available after 10 AM.
Daycare check-in is available after 10 AM.
Check-out is possible until 7:50 PM, and after that, check-out can be done from 10 AM the next day.
A maximum of 2 additional concierge services can be arranged in the morning and afternoon.
Hotel vouchers will automatically expire if not used within the validity period.
